Peter Franks is an acknowledged ‘expert’ in firearms and ballistics he has been
involved in advising on books and documentary programmes both in
the UK and the USA. For example, proof reading books on ‘Hostage
Rescue’ (published by Greenhill Books author Leroy Thompson.
‘The Red Barons Last Flight’ by Norman Franks and Alan Bennett.
Television programmes include documentaries on police use of
